In collaboration with AIA Public Takaful Bhd & AIA Malaysia, we deliver takaful and financial solutions designed to strengthen protection and long-term financial security for individuals, families, and businesses.

We are supported by a structured leadership bench of 1 District Director, 3 District Manager, 12 Agency Managers and 14 Assistant Agency Managers, together with a reliable and strong management team of 12 executives to ensure smooth day-to-day execution, support and long-term growth.

Founder & Managing Director
Nazri holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree from University of Malaya. Prior founding EVO-X | Nazrizz Group, Nazri is the former Manager of RHB Bank Bhd, former Premier Banker of HSBC Bank Bhd and former Unit Trust Consultant of Public Mutual Bhd. Nazri has more than 14 years experience in financial services industry particularly in banking sales & marketing.

Emma Sullaiman,
Co-Founder & CEO
Emma leads the expansion of group business growth with a clear focus to drive Nazrizz Group's ambition of creating the largest and most productive sales force agency in the country. Emma holds Bachelor of Human Resource graduate from Cybernetics College of Technology, Prior co-founding EVO-X | Nazrizz Group, Emma is a former Calling Specialist Executive with AIA Malaysia and former Senior Executive of Aeon Credit.

Shafiqah Awang
Head of Operation
Shafiqah is responsible for strengthening EVO-X | Nazrizz Group administration, management and helping the agency optimise its growth continuously. Prior joining us, Shafiqah a Bachelor of Science (Honours) Degree from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTm).
